Terms and Conditions

Payment policy – To confirm you booking, guests are required to pay R1000 deposit for each day that your want to join us on the sardine run

Cancellation policy – The deposit is refundable, whilst the balance of payment is only required to be paid prior to arrival. If a trip is cancelled due to bad weather, R2000 of the daily fee will be refunded, whilst the remainder will be retained to cover accommodation and meals.

Qualifications – All SCUBA Divers needs a minimum of an open-water certification with logged dives within the last 60days. Non qualified or inexperienced divers can snorkel on the trip.

Sighting guarantees – Bait balls are not guaranteed, however, dolphins, whale, gannet and other predator sights can be guaranteed. Failure not to dive on bait-balls will not result in a refund.

Launch times – Launch times are variable due to conditions and tidal heights. Arrival times will be communicated directly to you following booking, however, arrival time will generally fall between 6h00 and 8h30am
