Terms and Conditions
Payment policy – To confirm you booking, guests are required to pay a 50% deposit. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival for the expedition.
Cancellation policy – Full refund offered for cancellation 60 days prior to trip. 25% refund for cancellation between 60 and 14 days, 0% refund for cancellation less than 14 days.
Qualifications – All SCUBA Divers needs a minimum of an open-water certification with logged dives within the last 60days. Non qualified or inexperienced divers can snorkel on the trip.
Sighting guarantees – Bait balls are not guaranteed, however, dolphins, whale, gannet and other predator sights can be guaranteed. Failure not to dive on bait-balls will not result in a refund, nor will cancellation of days due to bad weather conditions.
Weather cancellations – Weather is unpredictable on South Africa’s wildcoast. We hold one day as a reserve day for bad weather, however further bad weather days cannot result in refunds. Alternative activities can be organised for guests on bad weather days.
Launch times – Launch times are variable due to conditions and tidal heights. Arrival times will be communicated directly to you following booking, however, arrival time will generally fall between 6h00 and 8h30am
